Equipment

Equipment is supplied by Mary, such as mats, blocks, belts, backarches and blankets. Please note extra equipment such as an exercise ball, pillow and cushion will be needed for the Yoga for Pregnancy classes. Although equipment is supplied it is recommended that you purchase your own mat due to hygiene reasons (and of course to use for your home practice!). (Back to top)
